Spacious and comfortable 19th-century detached house (completely renovated and insulated), 160 m² (1,700 sq ft) floor space.

Suitable for family or friends. Dogs are not allowed for hygiene and care reasons.

It has 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and the other 3 upstairs.

2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.

A large kitchen and living room surround the central fireplace with an insert.

The house is equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, as well as a tumble dryer. Hair dryers are also available.

Free Wi-Fi access with a 4G dongle.

It is surrounded by green spaces (approx. 1,300 m²) with trees, flowerbeds, and lawns.

Barbecue and garden furniture in summer.

Private, enclosed courtyard.

Barn for storing bikes, windsurfing boards, and kites.

Rates 2025

- €900/week from October to the end of March (water and gas included, heating payable by the tenant), and €1,000/week from the end of March to the end of September (utilities included).

- €500/weekend (utilities included), from Friday to Sunday 6 p.m., or Saturday to Monday, excluding holidays only.

- €100 for an extra day.

- €200 deposit payable upon arrival.

Conditions

- During school holidays, weekly bookings. For 2-week bookings, a €100 discount is applied.

- Weekend reservations only, excluding holidays (from Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.).

- No arrivals or departures on public holidays.

- No arrivals on Sundays.

- Cleaning upon request: €80 (Possible on weekends. Difficult in July and August). Contact us.
